quick hit: fat posties

As in those who deliver the post…
Chris talks about the current strife occuring within Australia Post, of which fat posties , or as they say in their politically correct terminolgy, “health and safety concerns”, are a large part (pun fully intended!).
My current mail carrier has been bringing my mail for the last ten years or so & he is the best carrier I have ever had. He is a fat man & was out recently for nearly 3 months & very missed. He had to have a torn meniscus repaired, from the years of walking 10-12 miles daily doing his route, climbing flights of stairs, often at this time of year outside stairs covered with snow & ice. Good luck to his fat Australian counterparts.
